The first time I went to this nursery was many years ago when the owners and myself were all young. I was into bonsai in a big way. In fact at that long ago time, they only sold bonsai plants and supplies. I still remember how nice the woman was who owns this family nursery along with her husband. I spent forever picking out a pine bonsai which was very beautiful and very expensive. Then I babied it to a fast death. This couple so many years later is still incredibly nice and very helpful though sadly none of us are that young anymore! This is a wholesale nursery that opens to the public 3 days a week, so check their website before you go. This is a destination nursery unto itself however there are so many other great nurseries in the general vicinity you can make a day of nursery hopping. They still so many years later, have incredible bonsai for sale as well as starter plants and lots of bonsai supplies, soil and pots. They also have a good selection of cactus and succulents along with trees and other shrubs. This is a meandering 4 acre nursery. It is located on a country lane with rolling hills with far away beautiful vistas visible from different nooks in the nursery. My only complaint is that it can get hot in summer especially in the greenhouses. But I am usually so enamored with their content, I always manage to stay in them for a long time. LOL! You can find many of their plants for sale at surrounding nurseries. I have seen them at nurseries up to 3 hours away. They are always in perfect condition with not a leaf out of place. However, on their site you get such a better selection.

WOW! this nursery has an incredible selection of cacti. succulents and caudex plants but they don't stop there! You'll find bonsai specimen and starter plants as well as a great selection of pottery, shrubs and more! Their hours are limited so plan your trip accordingly. The owners are incredibly gracious and kind!
