Last year I dealt with their 'so called' top designer about my project. If that was their 'top' designer then something is wrong. A large drawing was done and I wanted to make changes. But, if you do not like what he proposed, well then, you don't know what #$%! you want! He was very defensive about it. He tried to be nice, but you could tell by his body language and his tone that he was mad. He did not want to work with us anymore! A letter was sent out from the owner stating that 'we need to part our ways now'! Just because I did not accept the 'top' designers ideas. I figured that since I was willing to pay an extremely large amount of money, I should get what I want! I guess it's their way or the highway! Make sure your designer actually has a degree in design, not just 'self' taught'! ASK ABOUT IT!! You do not need 'a want to be' to TELL you what you want!!

After losing my home (and all of our careful landscaping) to Flood 05 we ventured to Culver's for the first time. We were fortunate enough to meet Erica. She has been tirelessly helpful, interested, extremely informative, and personally caring. With her assistance and patience, we have been able to make beautiful landscaping choices for our new home. Kyle has also been of great help to us. Though Erica is leaving for school, we look forward to seeing her face again next summer. She & Kyle are customer service personified!

Returning a dead shrub under warranty was an unpleasant experience and we were made to feel like we were trying to rip them off. There prices are on the high side and emails to their "expert" staff with questions were unanswered.

My large patio project last year was sold to me with great expectations about the company and the quality of work. The project did not start on time, nor did it finish on time. It was very hard to get ahold of the proper person(s) and an answer. It seems that in the end it was about quantity NOT costumer service. Customer Service is what makes a company a great company. Sometimes a big company isn't always the best route to take. Shop around first.
