I went to a gathering held at the demonstration gardens. I thought it was lovely, very natural and well maintained. I was told the owners lived in the property but don't know for sure.

Across the street is the nursery and I found the plants very overpriced. It was fall when I visited so plants looked pretty good--just too expensive.

I have heard good things about Weston and have visited there once. It was unfortunately in the heat of our TX summer and I didn't take time to go across the street to the demostration gardens. Some of the plants seemed high priced, but there were a lot that looked unwatered, etc. But the temps were extreme at that time. I need to go again soon.

Unfortunately, I haven't yet had the pleasure of visiting the Westons' demonstration gardens. I've made the trip over there to purchase plants, though, because they go to a lot of trouble to carry native plants which I can't find elsewhere.

Went way out of our way a couple of years ago to find this place. Very disappointed. More dead plants than alive. Emphasis was on cheap garden art and it was not priced cheap. Don't usually sound so mean but it was definitely not worth the long drive and effort to find it.

This is a public 'demonstration' garden owned by a nursery (across the street). The gardens are extremely nice and well worth the visit. The garden center is very nice but I felt it was slightly expensive and slightly disorganized.
