The owner was part of the crew and he appeared very knowledgeable. He was very helpful in telling me how to care for my new trees. I asked questions about other specimens in my landscape and he was exceptionally helpful there also. I couldn't have been happier with the trees and the service. The only reason I selected good instead of great was an issue we had after purchasing a tree that required them to come back out and re-insert some posts to brace the tree - I felt that service was way overcharged.

They had a great selection and installation was included in the price (we bought a Lacebark (Chinese) Elm in a (IIRC) 60 gal container.
