Pam's is not far from my home and I spend an awful lot of time there (and, according to dh, way too much money). She has an abundance of really healthy annuals and perennials and a good selection of roses, all reasonably priced.
She carries fresh produce in the summertime....the watermelons and cantaloupes (Sugar Queen, I think) are the best I've found anywhere.

I'm sad to report that Pam's is another victim of the economy. They closed in July 2009.
