We hired this company for landscaping. The owner never was on sight as stated. We had no issues with landscaping work done. However, this company has horrible customer service (i.e., unresponsive, and Kim Stephens is extremely rude when dealing with complaints). She charged to our credit card almost $500 over what was contracted. When we discovered this and tried to recoup our money they refused, even when provided with the contract and copies of our credit card statement. I would highly recommend finding another nursery, as this one lacks any form of integrity or honesty.

The owner was suppose to be on-site for our landscape project and never showed up! Plants and shrubs were removed and disposed of that were not suppose to be. In addition, we were charged for some larger shrubs than were actually planted. And, we were assured that the mulch would be 2-3in deep and we were lucky to get 1 inch. This was not a small job, it was the entire landscape! Finally, the annuals that were picked were not planted (and they were the smallest plants that could possibly be bought). Instead, I came home and the crew had put in whatever they had AND charged for it. The foreman was nice and didn't speak highly of his boss at all.

A good number of the shrubs and rose bushes had diseases and were planted anyway. I am in shock at the horrible level of customer service from this company. Again, this was not a small job (>$20k) and to have the owner advise that he would be on the job site to oversee and allow us the opportunity to make sure if changes needed to be made after the plants were laid out that it could be. The owner didn't show up and didn't return phone calls or emails for almost a week!

I would not recommend this company to anyone!
