The owner was suppose to be on-site for our landscape project and never showed up! Plants and shrubs were removed and disposed of that were not suppose to be. In addition, we were charged for some larger shrubs than were actually planted. And, we were assured that the mulch would be 2-3in deep and we were lucky to get 1 inch. A good number of the shrubs and rose bushes had diseases and were planted anyway. I am in shock at the horrible level of customer service from this company. Again, this was not a small job (>$20k) and to have the owner advise that he would be on the job site to oversee and allow us the opportunity to make sure if changes needed to be made after the plants were laid out that it could be. The owner didn't show up and didn't return phone calls or emails for almost a week!

I would not recommend this company to anyone!
