It was late season and the tree was on sale. "Good deal" or so we thought. We went into the office with the sales person and began the paperwork. To get their guarantee they had to install it. Ok, fine. We were given the price of the tree plus $270.00 to install. Then as we filled out the contract the salesperson then said "oops" the fee is 90% of the cost of the tree which turned out to be $400. Okay it was a big tree. We set the date for install as next Friday. We gave them our credit card and they billed us. Friday came and no installation. I took the day off to be there. We called them Saturday. nobody knew anything. We called Sunday and only got voicemail even though they have hours. We called Monday. Finally Tuesday 'a manager' called and said they didn't charge us right. The installation was quoted wrong and they wouldn't do it unless I paid $370 MORE! (Sounds like a bait and switch.) That made install more than the tree! We went round and round over a couple days trying to talk to a manager to honor their agreement as written and billed. They just said "NO" we will refund the credit card. By then we had a frost and it was too late to get another tree somewhere else.
