30 and the manger i got a new tree i had to carry it out to the car my self with no help i also purchased more items there were 5 of us in line and the worker was busy making personal call to attend to us the customers so my wait was long then i was a blow up tiger and pooh has the cashier was getting it ready the worker which was on the phone said it was hers there was no name or nothing and on the item and she got very rude and loud and told the cashier iam going to buy it and take it home at sic when i get off my mom is in management at kohls and she said they should of gave it to u if it was on the floor its open to the public so u tell me wheres the customer service the only good thing is now my kids will have a working xmas tree for xmas but my experience will be unforgettable and lucky for gardenridge I do taxes and accouting for several small constructions and have over 700 hundred clients, i also own a painting business and though the economy is down my business is still going strong and I will vocie my unforgettable experience to everyone i think i would of been better going to walmart and home depot maybe even lowes i mean i could of got better service at goodwill and they would of load the tree too
