GRASS FAILED TO APPEAR, HE TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY, THEN HE CAME BACK AND DID SOME MORE STUFF SUCH AS FERTILIZER. IT STILL DID NOT COME UP. SO WINTER CAME ALONG, THEN SPRING.
IN APRIL, THE NEIGHBORS FESCUE WAS COMMING UP PRETTY AND GREEN. OURS WAS NOT, WE HAD BARE SPOTS AND LINES THE WIDTH OF A LAWNMOWER. PATCHES EVERY WHERE JUST IN LINES.
PLAIN DEAD SPOTS. I CALLED HIM. HE ASSURED ME TO GIVE IT TIME. WE WAITED UNTIL "MAY 16TH" GAVE HIM A CALL.
REfused to return a call from us. We then stopped by the Store. he failed to return a call agiain.
Recalled him, and did catch him. He, meaning Jeff started yelling at us, stating he was not doing anything free for us again. ( he did nothing free) AND "I PUT IN A YARD FOR YOU" as we paid him $650.00 as soon as he finished the job in the Fall. Biggest issue, is Jeff told we would have a good yard, that he guaranteed his work.
WE DID NOT FEEL WE GOT WHAT WE PAID FOR!!
WE GOT WEEDS AND A VERY POOR STAND OF GRASS.
WE COULD OF PUT IN THE YARD BETTER OURSELVES, WITH KNOWING NOT HOW TO EVEN DO IT.
WE WOULD ADVISE ANYONE INTERESTED IN THIS COMPANY TO BE VERY CAREFUL IN THE DECISION MAKING.
WE WILL NEVER USE "SMOKEY VALLEY NURSERY" AGAIN.
WE KEPT PICTURES OF "MARCH, APRIL, MAY,JUNE,JULY, AUG.
WHAT A MESS. WE HAVE TO REDO THE YARD OURSELVES.
