I have always shopped at Johnsons. I have always been asked if i could be helped, I have much reather carry my own trays, so i can take my time looking and choosing which beautiful plants i want. I have seen employees carrying trays for those who were not able to. Looks to me like you are to lazy to carry your own tray.

Well people like you always want something for free. I never had a problem when I come in there, the employees are very helpful and knowledgable. There are plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot in front and on the side of the building. So go on back to Lowes and Home Depot and buy the flowers and see if they have the same quality as Johnsons, and see if they last and back there products up.

This is one of the last family owned businesses and it is great. The people are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you. I had no problem in getting them to come plant shrubs for me. Thanks

They have horrible parking, like 5 spaces, they have no order to anything and the help you can find after wandering around rushes you before you can pick out what you want. They prefer that you carry your own tray around; only problem with that is you need 3 hands because there is nowhere to put down the tray while trying to pull apart plant containers.

It seems like a family run business that's way outdated, plus they're quite expensive on everything. I found better plants at Lowe's & HD for less than half the price.

Last summer I called these folks, explaining that I was thinking of ordering WAY more bulbs than I could plant myself and asking whether their crews were available for hire in such situations (bulbs not ordered through their company). Sure! they said, That's what we do; just call for an appointment.

So that's what I did. Three months and many phone calls ago. If they had Just Said No, even when I called to attempt to get on the schedule, it wouldn't have been so bad. But what happened was that each time I called, they assured me they could be here "next week!" I've had wandering homeless guys be more reliable.
