They never showed up on time for meetings. They designed a landscape and doubled the amount of the original budget we gave them. They smooth talked everything and then spoke rudely to us after they had our money and have only returned about every other phone call, sometimes never. They made promises about plant warranties, etc and did not keep them and they made our yard look worse then it did before we did the landscaping, I didn't think this was possible but they did it to our house. We have lost thousands upon thousands of dollars, don't make the same mistake.
