Not as large as its Minneapolis counterpart.
Something wonderful happened with the influx of SE Asian folks (Chinese-VietNamese, Viet Cong, Laotian, & Hmong folks in the 70s-80s, Tibetans in the early 90s) and their organically grown produce began to show up in the farmers markets. Okay, so I grew up in Shoreview when it was really frighteningly lily-white: the broadening diversity of world cultures in the Twin Cities is a very good thing, and the farmers' market is one of the places that shines through.
