as an employee i would like to say to those that have bad customer service in the past, please know that we have a whole new staff. the folks that were working before, those with poor people skills, left some months ago. we have remodeled alot of the nursery and have turned a new leaf, so to speak. please come check us out and see what you think. smiles to your and yours!

Great selection, helpful service, good quality vegetables. Much better than the big-box stores.

I have to agree with a couple of the comments here. My husband told me to go here to buy our spring/summer vegetables. I remember they had very young sales people and they had absolutely no customer service ability. They are a small establishment in East Sacramento so they would do well to say 'Hi, How are you?' They are unfriendly and not at all helpful. Do they have nice plants? Probably better than Target. Would I go here again? Not likely...Last but not least I had a friend who also went to their store and she was not happy with the level of service they provided her.

It's hit and miss...sometimes they have things i can't find elsewhere, so i go there occasionally. i also had an unpleasant experience in the Spring with a clerk...she didn't greet me, was snooty and didn't even say thank you.

Talini's is a great little neighborhood nursery in East Sacramento, contrary to gardenzalive (who happens to be a disgruntled ex-employee with many issues) opinion.

Plant selection was OK but the service was atrocious. The woman who assisted me (whom I later found out was the manager Jill) was about the rudest I have ever come across. My advise? Try Matsuda's..at least they are nice and the selection is about the same if not better.

Cool plant selections and a very organic, natural atmosphere. Of the general-purpose nurseries I've visited in the greater Sacramento area, Talini's is my favorite.
