However, this year I went there to look for a specific daisy that I had previously purchased at UC Davis and happened to find it very alive amidst many half dead plants. I went to purchase it at the counter and the owner, Ms. Personality (her wilted plants have more expression than her) took my money and never said "thank you" so I said a nice thank you" to her and she replied with "alright" (what's that about?)
