I look forward to getting my planting started in May & a
good friend of mine has been going to Mountain View for
several years. It's worth the drive from Agawam even though
we have several farms in our area. You just can't beat the
prices & selections & it's set up nicely. Yes there's lines
however they move very quickly & efficiently & the staff is
very friendly & helpful.

not open long enough for me to browse all season long, but sooooooooo worth the crowds, small amount of parking, and trying to find a cart to fill. also, it's a nice drive and i dont mind getting up early to be first one there b/c the hanging baskets are beautiful and healthy, the selection of annuals/perennials is extensive and the prices are AMAZING. i like to hit meadowview farms three times: once early (1st week of may) b/c i cant wait to garden any longer; once mid-season (late may/early june) to get great baskets and see whats new; and then i go the very last weekend they're open to get TONS of stuff, INSANELY cheap! at that time, they're giving plants away at the door when you leave. again, totally worth the crowds

I drive from Farmington, CT every May to Meadowview Farms. It's a nice drive down route 10. Their variety of plants for the garden is great. Prices are so reasonable. It's better than the local Big name home improvement stores variety and prices. And their hanging baskets are the best I have ever seen. My mother can't wait for mother's day for her hanging basket. I tell everyone I know to go here, as well as strangers at local stores about Meadow View Farms.

In my area one of the best garden centers that exist. Wide range of perennials, biennials & annuals. Beautiful setting & the staff is excellent. I go there every May to see what is new.
Worth the trip.
