Bought 3 beautiful hanging baskets. 2 are doing great, 1 died. Right from the start the water just poured right out of the bottom of the one that died. It was obvious to me during a phone call to Gray's and when I took the dead hanging basket to them that they were trying to figure out what I did wrong - so why are the two other hanging baskets doing beautifully? Not a good way to keep a customer. I'll buy my hanging baskets elsewhere from now on.

Grays rocks. They may not have the highest volume of plants and trees, but they are definately the most knowledgeable, and their stuff is really high in quality. I spent all day looking for the right Japanese Maple (couldn't find it at Jerry's or Home Depot, etc.), and then I went to Gray's and spent hours trying to decide between dozens of absolutely beautiful, healthy, established trees.

Plus, it's just a beautiful place. A pleasure just to walk around there on a Saturday morning....
