When we do infact have a plant or a tree that has any disease or insect problem we take it out of the community of plants to treat them. Yes it is true that we do not warranty any of the salix family due to the fact that they require so much water.
We also have a Certified Arborist and Horticulturist employed here at the store, and they would have no question as to what was the answer to your question about a tree. It is possible that the two employees you were talking to were trying to learn themselves and were feeding off each other to come to the right answer? I am sorry that your experience here at Wright Outdoor Center was not a pleasant one, and would hope that in the future you would still consider us for your plant needs.

They had an awesome sale going on today. I have never visited their nursery before, and I can say now that I will always be shopping there. The prices were awesome (even without the sale), the staff was very knowledgeable, and they were all so very helpful, they even carried my plants out to my car and loaded it for me. Wright Outdoor Center is A1 quality product and service in my book! Thanks!
