The last 8 years I went to Pine Shadows in Roaring Gap NC for my Christmas tree. It is a beautiful place in the mountains not far from Charlotte. My family goes there every year to pick out our tree. They are the friendliest people I have ever met. Family owned and operated. Last year they had live music that added to the festive occasion.
