I find it interesting that it took almost 3 years to find your experience at Colchester Place Landscape and Design to be unsatisfactory. Did you ever voice your disatisfaction with the "designer" or the landscape manager prior to completion of the project? Did any of the plant material that was installed die or not perform, did the company not follow up on the installation for one year to ensure the plant material was in good condition? I am just curious if they were given a chance to correct any of the "mistakes" that you feel were commited during your experience. Please respond with any specific information reguarding the questions that I asked.

I had the worst landscape experience of my life at this place. I went there with a plan that had been done by a professional landscape architect. I wanted to "scale down" the number of plantings. This was in August. I explained that I would prefer to wait until Fall. The so called "landscape designer" that was on staff at the time (2006), who actually was an artist who paints (and NOT what he said he was), said it was fine to plant in the 100 degree August heat. I had asked him to draw up a less expensive design. He "traced" the outline of what I gave him, inserted plantings and then kept changing them as he went along. I was given plants that they wanted to get rid of in August, never got a "plan" that showed what was "actually" planted and I was overcharged. This man was eventually fired, their Park Road location closed and if there is any justice, so will the Monroe Road location.
