Peck's is a decent nursery overall. Their variety is pretty decent. Price-wise, they are inline with the other nurseries in the Cedar Rapids area. I'd recommend Peck's any day over Culver's. Like most nurseries in the Cedar Rapids area, there is a heavy reliance on "brought in" plants from mega nurseries like Monrovia. And a lot of Monrovia's stock tends to be flashy, eye catching hybrids designed to get money out of the wallets of inexperienced gardeners. But buyer beware, because a lot of these hybrids disappoint after a long Iowa winter.

Peck's can't be beat! They have the largest selection of perennials, annuals, roses, trees & shrubs you will find in the area. Plus, they have a large staff of very knowledgeable experts to assist you. There is also a flower shop, bird feeders & feed, garden art, pots, pond supplies & plants. Check them out!
