They have a much better selection of veggies (or any plant) than our local Home Depot, Lowes or any Walmart I have seen. They are a bit more expensive then the others though but I think it's worth it. They have a great pumpkin patch every fall, which I'm not sure I should mention, but I will because the kids really love it.

They have lots of trees, pond plants, vines, shrubs, and stuff that isn't really supposed to grow here, so theres always something interesting to see...

If your in the mood for something original in the neighborhood, than this is the place to go, just bring your wallet/purse....

I haven't been to Milberger's in some time, but thought others might be interested to know that farmers markets are featured there on Saturdays starting at 1 pm and Sundays starting at 10 am.

Good selection as San Antonio nurseries go. Somewhat lacking in good Texas native plants. What I really liked was their herbs and Michigan Peat . Will be back for more of the latter!
