Koi Lagoon

I recently ordered Koi food from The Koi Lagoon on-line and they sent me the wrong sized pellets, (large instead of medium.) I called after they arrived and they refused to correct the problem. They admitted to "checking the wrong box" from the vendors' ordering form they used and since the price had "increased drastically" from the vendor, they said I "basically stole the food." Now I am left smashing it with a hammer and throwing what is left into the pond. I will never use them again, horrible that my koi are eating their mistake, not The Koi Lagoon....
