This intimate garden makes for a wonderful day out. The shaded picnic area is welcoming, as is the small shop/refreshment area where their home made fruit juices and prunes are available and honey from their hives.
The garden is in 4 parts:
Family vegetable garden
English garden
Arboretum
Garden of medicinal and aromatic plants and those for scent.
Each garden offers rarer varieties and plants of interest.
They also have a small nursery where you can buy plants propogated from those that you have seen in the gardens.
Well worth a trip, as is the whole village, especially the Collegiale, St Pierre de la Romieu. Don't forget to ask about the legend of the cats!
