It is clearly stated on their paperwork given that once a plant leaves their facility, they cannot guarantee it's life/health. Even Walmart offers a year guarantee on their plants. I went there recently for the first time to check things out and not only were they overpriced, especially this time of year (high summer), but the fact of no guarantee doesn't bode well for beginner gardeners like myself. The staff was very friendly, though; and I had wondered why they had so much stock being so late in the year. Now I know.
