Ha ha. They look like they are in a very controlling relationship! A fluke-obviously. Seen worse, thats for sure..........

That looks like just a random thing that happened when there were two plants very close together--you're not going to be able to buy any kind of seeds that will guarantee the carrots will look like that. I guess you could try starting seeds close together and see if you get lucky, but I think it's going to be very infrequent that they would grow that way.
