We lost this honeysuckle's tag. It is at least 15' tall, orange with yellow interior, and not fragrant.
The leaves are mid-green. The name "tatarian" lingers in my memory from the time we planted it years ago, but I have not been able to find a match in Plant Files. Thanks for any help.

For Tatarian Honeysuckle you can find in PlantFiles only this [HYPERLINK@davesgarden.com]

Do you think, this is a match ?

It appears to be one of the twining varieties, rather than tatarian honeysuckle, which has a shrub form.

Maybe Lonicera flava or L. x tellmanniana. Could you get a closeup of the bloom and leaf?

It doesn't look like tatarian honeysuckle Lonicera tatarica .The flowers don't seem to be right for that either.

suse, no, it's not a tatarian. alta is right. It's a climber, not a shrub. I checked it under Plant Files before I posted, and couldn't find a match under tatarian.
plantpro, I didn't get a picture when it was in bloom, but here is the leaf, including the undersides. Does this help?

The flowers look a lot like Limber Honeysuckle-Lonicera dioica, but I'm no expert.

Sorry, I'm not sure. I was going to mention the 'Mandarin' (the link jnana shows) but that one is a fairly new patented one. Don't know if it's been around as long as yours. It's nice though! Dioica has too short and squatty of blooms to be yours. I think it's flava.

jnana, that "Mandarin" is spectacular. My honeysuckle's color blend is similar, but less vibrant.

plantpro, I dragged out my Hortus Third, being careful not to drop it on my foot, and looked through all the Lonicera descriptions. Flava comes closest, and I think you may have nailed it. Flava is described as fragrant though, and mine is not. Maybe I have a sport or a hybrid?

I'm pretty sure L. flava is not fragrant. None of the native species are, if I remember correctly.
