Found this vine growing up a small bush by my front fence in Chiefland, Florida. The picture shows one yellow flower open, and a large yellow bud. There are many more little buds on the vine. Sure hope it isn't one of those invasive strangler vines. Any help in this ID is greatly appreciated!

Appears to be Gelsemium sempervirens. Not invasive. In fact, considered a threatened/endangered species in TN.

Yes, it is Gelsemium sempervirens, Carolina Jasmine.

Wow, this is fabulous news! It's seldom that I find a native plant that is not invasive in my area.
