Does anyone know what this is? When I first got it, it had a little orange flower on it. I have not had one since and I have had it for over a year. Also, it is very ugly. Very leggy. How do I fix this?

That appears to be Kalanchoe blossfeldiana They like lots of good bright light, a little morning sun is fine. They can be cut back and the cutting root very easily. Here is some info on your plant.

Thanks for the information. Can I cut everything off?

I am not sure what you mean by "everything". From your picture, the plant is doing what it is supposed to. The legginess comes from not enough light, but if you look at the brown stems, they have rootlets. You can cut them back and lay the stems on soil and they will grow.
