I am probably way off base...usually am, grin, but it kinda reminds me of a hollyhock seedling.

My first thought was Malva sylvestris (same family as hollyhocks). The plants at the top of the photo may be young Coreposis tinctoria.

Looks like an Alcea sp., possibly Alcea rosea for me. You can remove it -they're invasive- but they're very wonderful plants too, with giant flower spikes full of very big flowers. They're biennal.

G'Day, I might as well have my 2 bobs worth. It looks like the weed we call "Marsh Mallow" in the same family as those above Malvaceae. Perhaps Malva parviflora.

I second the Malva Zebrina ID. I have lots of little seedlings coming up now from my M. Zebrinas. Don't pull it!! It's too pretty!
