I bought these Mustard Greens seedlings and they were badly infested with aphids which I got rid of with soap solution. And then some pesky whatevers started invading them. I repeated the soap solution spray; then my garlic, chili and onion potion.
After that I got ugly and started using deadly poisons: Funginex - active ingredient Triforine and Metasystox R - contains oxydemeton-methyl.
I have cut off all the infected leaves in the meantime but am dreading going to look at them again to-morrow.
Picture shows front and back of leaves. Please help!

Some mystery pest did the same to my turnip greens - and yesterday I noticed one of the collards was full of holes!

Personally, I leave such things alone - sooner or later some other mystery bug comes along and eats the free-loaders!

Something ate every single leaf from my beets, there were only stalks left. My hubby wanted to pull up the beets, but I said to leave them alone - sure enough they have started to sprout new leaves. Mother Nature has a way of evening things out over time - although sometimes her schedule and mine are not in sync. :)

Is your problem resolved? You may want to try BT. It is an organic spray which works pretty well. Buy it at your local nursery.
