Vegetables: Starting vegi Garden Few ?'s

Dezzle Painesville, OH October 19, 2009 02:03 PM	Hi im new here and i have a question this is my very first vegi garden and i picked out a spot where it is sunny all day. Now with it being october should i rototill the area now or wait till the spring i would imagine now but not possitive and does putting leaves over the area and re-rototilling really help? themoonhowl Prairieville, LA (Zone 9a) October 19, 2009 03:47 PM	Tilling now and mulching the area heavily will give you a good start on spring. I do not think you can make your soil too "good" for veggies
