Vegetables: Help on Leaf Endive and Rapini

lvyao Katy, TX October 02, 2009 04:23 PM	This is my first year to grow both. There are two kinds of plant coming up from the endive patch, are they both endive? We tried some leaves of them, they have a bitter taste and the texture is not very tender. Is that what it supposed to be? Here is the curly one. View Larger
