littlelamb Virginia Beach, VA (Zone 8b) July 08, 2009 11:05 AM	As already stated, it is a Japanese Barberry...looks like the Crimson Pygmy. I have 5 of them out in my front yard. I like them because of the color, compact growth and they can withstand the heat and humidity in my area.
