That forum is only open to paid subscribers and I expect a lot of the newbies on this forum aren't subscribers--you might consider putting a separate thread in this forum if you'd like them to be able to participate.

While you may be happy to welcome anyone to your seed auction, unfortunately as I mentioned above the seed trading forum itself is only open to paid subscribers, so it is not possible for people who aren't paid subscribers to come post over there. They can read the first post in each thread, but that's it.

I am so sorry, I didn't know that. Would anyone like to bid here at this thread? I wouldn't want to cause any problems like taking up your thread, just wanted everyone to have a chance to get the seeds if they wanted them. Can anyone d-mail me if they are interested? I don't know, I'm asking. I'm new here as well. SO, is it ok to post here?

We maybe should just post a note that some threads are available to members only and that the membership page is here http://www.davesgarden.com

This is a hoya carnosa; but have heard of some that call it a wax plant. The aroma of the flower is wonderful if it is small in size. I had one and could not get it to grow well. Now I have a large cousin, which I don't know the name of. It grows well as an indoor vine and has only bloomed once in 8 years. I recoginized the flower as it was very similar to the small version. The large flower was about the size of my hand and the aroma was very intense and not pleasing.
